Art2Silkscreen plastisol ink is phthalate free and easy to use. It has a soft hand feel and is perfect for direct printing onto a variety of fabrics including t-shirts, hooded tops, canvas bags, polo-shirts etc.
GLITTER INK: Glitter plastisol inks can be printed direct onto light or mid coloured garments. When printing onto dark coloured fabric, you will need to print a flash white underbase first and touch dry this layer, then overprint with the glitter ink.
Will touch/flash dry within seconds and fully cure at temperatures between 165-175degc, using either a heat press, a flash dryer or a tunnel dryer. It can be dried using a heat gun, although this should not be used as a reliable source of heat curing and you would still need to ensure the print is fully wash-fast.
Recommended meshes: This ink is recommended to be printed through lower mesh counts between 10T - 21T. This is so the glitter particles can pass through the holes in the mesh.
Recommended cleaning products: For easiest and quickest removal, our high strength screenwash is recommended for use in conjunction with this ink. Alternatively, for an eco-friendly alternative use our organic or emulsifiable screenwash.
Recommended Emulsions: Use a plastisol resistant emulsion when printing with our plastisol inks. Either our One Coat Emulsion, or our Hybrid Plus Emulsions are suitable.
