We offer a collection service and also a DHL delivery service. Where possible, we will deliver larger items using our own drivers.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
Whether your screen printing supplies order is large or small, we offer competitive courier rates for parcels, pallets and containers. We aim to deliver your goods as quickly as possible. When there are made to order items delivery may take a little longer. If an order is urgent, please call or email to let us know to ensure you receive the quickest service.

UK SHIPPING - MAINLAND

• Standard Despatch, 1-5 working days - £7.50
• Fast Despatch, 1-3 working days, subject to stock availability - £13.50
• Next Day - Please select our fast despatch option. Call or pop us an email if an order is required for next day delivery. If the order is received by 10am, we can usually despatch next day, subject to availability.

We can offer a Saturday delivery service, although there are extra charges for this service. Please contact us to request the availability of this service.

Orders over £100.00 (before VAT) qualify for free shipping to mainland UK destinations on our standard service. If a faster despatch service is required, then this is chargeable at the checkout.

Shipping to other parts of Europe will be quoted separately based on location. All purchases from Europe must be paid in Sterling GBP. An invoice will be sent after the purchase with the correct shipping amount. This must be paid before we can ship the goods.

Kits and Machinery - Please select the appropriate Delivery charge for kits. Kits are made to order. We do not despatch kits within 1-3 or 1-5 days, unless we can confirm before purchase this is possible by either phone or email. Average kit turnaround is 1-4 weeks. Larger floor-standing kits and exposure units can take longer as they are made to order unless we have stock items. For a faster kit despatch please call or email us.

We ship with DHL as our regular daily courier. DPD, Parcelforce, Royal Mail, TNT, UPS or FedEx courier may be chosen depending on location and postage option chosen.

All goods require a signature.

Please see the item descriptions for delivery turnaround on large equipment and kits. We are unable to offer a 1-3 day service on kits and dryers, please call or email first before ordering if this is required. All inks/chemicals are shipped in chemical resistant containers safe for shipping, packaged in nylon bags and sealed. In the event of any breakages, most spillages are contained inside the bags and can be salvaged. If a damaged item cannot be salvaged, for your convenience, we would ask for photographic evidence by email so we can assess the damage and offer a replacement product. This saves the damaged product having to be sent back to us. Without a photo, we would not be able to replace any damages until the item is back with us.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

If an item you receive is damaged, please send a photograph as evidence of the damage and we will happily replace the damaged item for you. Please note that all chemicals/inks are packaged individually in plastic bags for protection and to minimise waste if the carton was to split / damage in transit. In this case, we would request you decant where possible into a separate container, however it would be to our discretion to decide whether a spillage inside the bag is salvageable or requires a replacement.

If you would like to return an item for a refund, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery and shall refund the full price of the item, minus any postage amounts paid or postage amounts incurred in originally shipping the goods. A 25% restocking fee will apply on all made-to-order items, including electrical goods.
