TITAN 2/1 Upgradeable Tabletop Carousel Kit

Titan is a sturdy and robust yet space saving, practical carousel with micro registration. With it's large centre bearing and shaft it rotates like a dream to send you into orbit!

Our new 2 Colour upgradeable carousel kit, print 2 colour designs and upgrade later by adding additional printing arms to print 4 colours.
All of the equipment in this kit is compatible for printing onto fabric, t-shirts, sweatshirts, Hoodies, paper/board, card, wood, other flat products and also produce your own plastisol transfers!

Choose your ink type:
Waterbased - For printing onto t-shirts and other fabrics, paper board and wood.
Plastisol - Fabrics, t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, create transfers
Hybrid - Light Coloured Fabrics, t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts.

KIT INCLUDES:

• TITAN 2 Colour Upgradeable Carousel with A3 platten board.

• 1 x UV Lamp Exposure Unit

• 2 x Screens A3 Size with new 43T mesh

• 1 x 12 inch Aluminium Coating Trough (to coat the screen with the emulsion)

• 2 x 8 inch Wooden Squeegees with new blade (to print your image)

• 10 x A4 Film to make your positives (to create your transparencies from your PC)

• 1 Roll of masking Tape (for taping/masking the edges of your screen)

• 6 Mixing Sticks (for mixing your ink)

• 1 Litre 2-Part Emulsion (to coat your screen and create your stencil)

• 4 x 1 Litre Inks (Choose either waterbased, plastisol or Hybrid Ink).

• International Deliveries - Carousel will be sent unassembled.

•  Holds screen size up to 23" x 31" when all screens are in place.

•  Each arm has off contact adjuster.

•  A3 Adjustable screen printing board.

•  Mild steel box tubing base, powder coated.

•  Adjustable Registration Gate for accurate registering 2 colour prints up to 4 colour prints
